    Requirements for warehouse management systems in times of the Coronavirus

    Location-independent remote solutions like storelogix as a possible answer

    Unfortunately, the corona virus shows in a very harsh and direct way the challenges that such a crisis brings with it on many different levels of society. It is becoming increasingly clear that companies need digital products, decentralized solutions and remote applications to maintain work processes.

    This is also true in the field of logistics, or as part of it, warehouse management. This is because the Corona-Crisis is also hitting this area drastically. For example, fast moving consumer goods, i.e. products for everyday use, must be replenished very quickly and efficiently, while non-food retailers increasingly have to gear their inventories to pure online sales or find alternative and time-limited storage options. This means that companies are also looking for solutions here. These should be managed efficiently and at the same time be flexibly adaptable for future processes.

    One of these solutions is offered by our partner common solutions for warehouse management – and this completely independent of location, quickly ready for use, remote, secure and cost transparent. But what does that look like in concrete terms? The storelogix warehouse management system is the complete solution for warehousing, picking and dispatch control.

    Due to its rapid readiness for use without long lead times, storelogix is also referred to as the “immediate solution for warehouse management”. The system is used as a flat rate, which includes all processes, licenses, hosting, subsequent adjustments and scaling as well as service and support.
