Marc Kloepfel, CEO of Kloepfel Consulting, says: “Companies are aware that the current crisis could last for a long time. In some cases, they are even considering relocating abroad. It must be clear to the government that, in addition to short-term measures to contain the energy circles, long-term measures are needed today to strengthen our economy for the future: from a shortage of skilled workers to combating dependencies on autocratic states to a sustainable energy and raw materials policy.”
