Expansion of the logistics sector to strengthen the economy
Sebastian Krings has been responsible for all logistics topics within the Kloepfel Group since May 2017 and has now been appointed Senior Partner. In his new position, he is further expanding the logistics division of Kloepfel Consulting, having already achieved significant success within the consulting firm. By expanding its logistics services, the management consultancy aims to sustainably strengthen the economy in these challenging times.
Krings, who holds degrees in both engineering and industrial engineering, began his career at the world’s third-largest printing ink manufacturer. In this role, he managed operational and commercial logistics in France for many years and achieved considerable cost savings, particularly through his expertise in freight optimization. He also contributed to process stability within the supply chain.
Since 2010, Krings has been advising companies in the field of logistics, where he uses his expertise and experience to optimize logistics processes. His focus is on freight and logistics cost optimization. Krings’ work includes projects for medium-sized companies as well as large corporations in various industries.
Kring’s impressive track record at Kloepfel Consulting is reflected in significant cost savings for clients, usually in the double-digit percentage range. Together with his 15-strong team of logistics buyers, he supports companies in strengthening their logistics in these difficult times.
