According to DB Schenker, this is a customized express service for spare parts, medical products and other time-critical shipments. With this service, DB Schenker is expanding its growing portfolio of exclusive on-demand offers, according to the press release.

Fixed OBC service team
According to DB Schenker, there is a permanent OBC service team. This was set up following a successful test phase.
The OBC team offers its service from three different continents. Customers can contact the employees with questions around the clock. Customers should receive a quote within minutes.
Fast delivery
DB Schenker promises that its new express service will be characterized by a fast response time. This service can be used to transport all types of consignments except hazardous goods. According to the press release, consignments are tracked in real time. This offers maximum transparency.
