    A total of 133 potential candidates were identified and 108 of these were approached, resulting in 58 responses. The response rate was 53%. After 20 interviews, 5 candidates were presented to the client, resulting in a hire. The project lasted 4 months.

The aim was to find a Head of Purchasing and Logistics. 157 potential candidates were identified and 122 approached, of whom 59 responded. The response rate was therefore 48%. Of the 18 candidates interviewed, 7 were presented to the client, resulting in one candidate being hired. The project was completed within a period of 3.5 months.
